Shipping Policy

1. Overview

iLabTek ships physical hardware products (development boards, sensors, kits, and accessories) across India from our office in Noida. Digital course enrollments are delivered instantly via email and LMS access — no physical shipping applies to course-only orders.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping: Domestic orders with a product subtotal of ₹499 or above qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard shipping fee: Orders below ₹499 incur a flat shipping charge of ₹99, displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Bulk & institutional orders: Shipping for large or institutional shipments is quoted separately. Contact info@ilabtek.in or visit our institutions page.

3. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched, including courier name and tracking details where available.
  • During peak seasons or stock shortages, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you of any delay.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch (indicative, not guaranteed):

  • NCR (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon): 1–3 business days
  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote / north-east regions: 7–14 business days

Actual delivery depends on the courier partner and local conditions. iLabTek is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select locations and physical product orders. COD is not available for digital course purchases. A COD handling charge may apply and will be shown at checkout. Refused COD deliveries may be charged a return-shipping fee.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Undelivered / returned shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges apply.
  • Damaged in transit: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for replacement or refund terms.
  • Missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and resolve promptly.

8. Self-Pickup (Noida)

Customers in the Noida / Delhi NCR area may arrange self-pickup from our office by prior appointment:
