Refund Policy

1. Overview

At iLabTek, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our hardware products and online courses. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements may be issued. All online payments are processed through Razorpay; approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

2. Digital Courses & LMS Access

  • Before access: If you have not accessed any course content on the LMS, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@ilabtek.in with your order ID.
  • After access: Once LMS content has been accessed (video lessons, downloads, or lab materials), the enrollment is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Duplicate purchases: Accidental duplicate enrollments will be refunded in full upon verification.
  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a platform fault on our side, we will resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.

3. Physical Products (Shop)

  • Damaged or defective items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping where applicable.
  • Wrong item shipped: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return pickup and ship the correct item or issue a refund.
  • Change of mind: Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
  • Opened electronics: Opened or used boards and sensors cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@ilabtek.in or +91-9773864270. Once shipped, the order is subject to the return policy above. Course enrollments cannot be cancelled after LMS access has been granted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders that are refused at delivery or returned in acceptable condition may incur a return-shipping charge. Refunds for prepaid portions (if any) follow the timelines above.

7. Institutional & Bulk Orders

Refund terms for institutional purchases, lab setups, and bulk enrollments are specified in the respective quotation or purchase order. Contact your iLabTek account representative for assistance.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email info@ilabtek.in with:

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Order ID or Razorpay payment ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting photos (for damaged physical products)

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
