A school robotics lab is ready when a class can finish a path-follower in one period and the teacher is not guessing the wiring. iLabTek runs that as a 4–6 week job from Sector 153, Noida. The same calendar is used for a mixed ATL install.
Week 1 — Room and order
We walk the room (or take photos and a floor sketch), count benches, and freeze the kit list: chassis, motors, sensors, PWM trainers, and spares. The school issues a PO. We confirm GST and freight.
Week 2–3 — Procurement and delivery
Kits ship to the school. If the robotics lab shares an ATL crate, Package 1 electronics and Package 4 safety usually travel with it. The coordinator does not need to buy random Amazon parts to “fill gaps”.
Week 4–5 — Benches and first builds
We lay out benches, power, and a demo table. Teachers see a path-follow, a remote-control car, and one sensor project assembled in front of them. Students are not invited until that demo works.
Week 6 — Teacher training and commissioning
Faculty run the first two lesson plans. We leave a playbook and a support number. Optional: book the 3–6 month Noida internship for a senior batch later — that is not required to open the lab.
